I had so much fun with this little Ball-O-Energy yesterday out and about Old Town Alexandria. Seriously, little J had expressions for days and had me laughing with all of her crazy faces she likes to make (silly, serious, goofy, model and the list could go on). Thank you to her older brother who was a huge help :o) I am short on words tonight but wanted to get this sneak peek up for Mom - enjoy!

So as I mentioned in a previous post, my son’s birthday is the day following Christmas. As usual, we cannot celebrate his birthday with his friends until the New Year due to everyone being busy with their own families. I always try to make J’s Birthday extra special since it falls so close to the holidays. This year my mom came up with a great idea and one that I would have never known about - Ridemakerz in Fredericksburg. Check them out at www.Ridemakerz.com! Seriously, we all had sooo much fun. It is basically a build-a-bear for boys. Instead of the bears, they have the chance to custom design their own cars, trucks, etc. They pick the body, rims, tires, remote control, decals etc and then get to build the whole thing. It is sooo cool!
I love getting to see my clients grow - it is absolutely one of the best parts of my job! Little E was 9 months younger the last time I saw him, but oh… just as cute. At first he was not in the mood for my return visit, but after a while he warmed up to me and we had a great time. LOL - I couldn’t wait to do this session with this family of 3 boys - 7 year old big brother and (almost) 2 year old twins. Little boys are so much fun - you never really know what to expect (except for the fact they usually will be on the move!) - I should have known they would be a fun laid back bunch of kiddos (Dad was a former coworker and I knew they were a pretty laid back family). I had a great time D & S - I love that you and your neighbors are so close that they stopped by to check on things :o)
