Sweet Sweet Baby . Northern VA Newborn Photographer

I could not wait to meet this little sweetheart - Sweet Baby “O”. After all, at our maternity session that took place a couple of months back, I knew that I had not only met an awesome client but also someone that I could not wait to hang with again :o)  This family’s oldest daughter is the same age as my youngest and they moved within 10 minutes of my home shortly after their maternity session. So it was just a hop skip and jump over to their house to meet the newest addition. I couldn’t be happier to see this BEAUTIFUL little one  - what a blessing for them! J & A I hope you enjoy your sneak peek - there will be many more coming your way!

It was so cute… little Miss A had to check out what was going on with her little sister here.

look at the back wrinkles - I love!!!And I just love this shot - mom just looking at her adorable little one. The newborn stage passes way too quickly - I am glad that she will have these moments captured forever!

Sweet Baby A . Northern Virginia Newborn Photgrapher

One of my very first clients was Mary. I shot her maternity session and then her newborn session with Baby N. Well now Baby N is a big sister to an adorable little brother - Baby A! I was so excited to meet this little one. He was so sweet and once he fell asleep, he was very good to me! Mary - it was so nice to see you and meet your newest arrival yesterday. I hope you enjoy this sneak peek!

hugs and talk to you soon!!!

Bridal Portrait Fun - Richmond Virginia Photographer Meet Up

At the end of February I had the wonderful privilege of getting together with about 40 other local portrait, wedding and commercial photographers (from Richmond to Baltimore, MD) for a fun day of shooting bridal portraits at Grace Yoga in Richmond Virginia. This GTG was organized by the fabulous Tisha McCuiston and  the oh-so-talented Pauline of Elations Wedding & EventsArmin gave a video lighting presentation and demonstration. I had a BLAST! The models were so much fun and willing to do anything. They braved the not so warm tempratures outside in wedding dresses in the name of “getting that shot” - LOL. Thanks to Racheal Baxter Cook and Lauren Fritsch who were two of our bridal models that day - they rocked!

Sweet little Peanut-Virginia Newborn Photographer

I could not help calling this little one a peanut. Little baby I seemed so tiny to me (probably because my last baby was 10 lbs!). She was so petite and perfect in every way. Apparently, she is also a little diva and did not want to miss out on any of her shoot -it took her a good long while to fall into a deep slumber! That was ok with me though because I had a great time visiting and talking with mom, dad and grandma. Congratulations S & A - she is just beautiful. Hope you enjoy your sneak peek!
